There are no additional fees to pay for using your debit card or credit card. We also welcome American Express with no additional fees.
Payment by credit or debit card is firmly favoured by our customers as it’s both a simple and highly secure way to pay for your Team Gleam services.
Whether or not you can reclaim VAT on your invoice will depend on the Team Gleam provider that completes your service.
As we operate a franchised business model, your invoice will be issued by the local franchisee that completes the works. If the franchisee is VAT registered, their registration number and a VAT breakdown will be shown on the invoice available to download from the job history area of your account.
If you are reclaiming VAT on your Team Gleam services we would urge you to check each invoice individually as the franchisee completing the job (and their VAT status) may vary.
Unfortunately due to the bank charges and administration involved, we’re unable to accept payment by cheque.
Instead, we offer a number of simple, easy-to-set-up payment options. Most of our customers prefer to pay by credit or debit card, which is the most secure way to pay, and once set up once, you won’t need to update unless your card details change or expire.
Due to the administration involved, bank transfer payments are only available in certain circumstances and by prior arrangement with us.
This option is typically only available to commercial clients on an invoiced basis, however if you’d like to discuss this possibility please contact us
For online bookings we accept credit, debit or charge cards only.
In certain circumstances, our franchisees may offer cash payments for bookings made “in-person” (depending on your location, not all franchisees offer payments in cash).
If you are paying in cash, you can still access your invoices and receipts from the job history area of your online account.
If you would like to change to paying automatically by credit or debit card, you can do so quickly and easily through your online account
